So as acknowledged in many publications and blogs, Valentino has  a new “Shopping Couture” Collection for S/S 09, and they started releasing new bags every couple months since November, and they are simply divine! Made with the intention of excessive embellishment, it is a complete success with me.

I was somewhat skeptical of the concept, but with the new creative directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, behind this project it was hard to expect anything less than perfection.
